My healthy fruit and veggie CSA box contained water spinach, Chinese broccoli, lettuce (given to Heather), green beans, summer squash, cucumbers, carrots, new potatoes, green onions, eggplant, corn, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, and flowers.

This week’s share contained garlic chives, kale, chard, napa cabbage, lettuce, arugula, snap peas, summer squash, blond carrots, & new potatoes. The fruit share was local honey!

I love the CSA in the early season – not only can I eat everything in my box with no problem but I can also supplement its contents with a trip to the farmers’ market.
