Day Seventeen – Nothing to see here…

There was a time in my life when being home alone on a Saturday night would have been not-so-fun. Tonight is not that time. I couldn’t be happier to be home, in my comfy duds, with a lot of Tivo-ed shows and a new knitting project. Because Saturday is (supposed to be) dedicated to food and recipes, I’ll tell you about my supper: pizza, Greek salad and the 2007 Beaujolais Nouveau – perfection!
