Day 8/366 – Leftover Surprise

Day 8 - Tuesday, January 8th 2008
It’s called leftover surprise and it’s what’s for supper.

It contains pasta, caramelized onions, broccoli, gorgonzola, smoked gouda, and parmesan.

In other news, I am currently watching The Medicated Child on Frontline and it is pretty disturbing. It makes me wonder about what types of meds I would be on if I were a child now. One of the most disturbing parts – many of the “extremely hyperactive” children are shown sitting in front of the teevee and drinking soda.

  1. Leftover surprise sounds yummy. Any recipe or just a last minute concoction?
