The Never-Ending Project

Opera Stole

I just don’t know what to do with this project.  I love the yarn, I think I’m really going to love the FO but I’m bored with it.  I’m 54 inches (un-blocked) into it and I’m ready to quit.  I know that blocking will open the stitches A LOT, adding length (yay!) and width BUT if I quit now it’ll be too short.  I have a lot of yarn left, I like a long scarf/stole and I know that I should jus keep going.  The problem? <whine>I just don’t waaaaaaant to!</whine>

  1. Why not take a break from it? When I have a long project driving me crazy, I cast on for something quick and fun. Maybe a cowl or a hat?
