The lentils were not made on Thursday night. Instead I made an “old-faithful” tortellini salad and (despite my don’t-feel-like-cooking mood) the most amazing chocolate and peanut butter blondies ever! (Thursday was a rough day all around and Gist needed some cheering up – chocolate and peanut butter to the rescue!) I also made some yogurt. Apparently the don’t-feel-like-cooking mood was really a don’t-feel-like-cooking-lentils mood!
I’ll be posting pictures, recipes and shopping lists for these three items and I also have last night’s Greek Pizza to write about as well. It’s a sunny and gorgeous Saturday here in Massachusetts and I’m heading off to yoga class, having some friends over for brunch and heading to WAS Open Studios. Happy weekend!
