Tastes like summer…

Lentil-Walnut Burgers

…At least it did on Friday!  Right now it’s in the fifties, rainy and gray and I’m having a hard time remembering that it was 70 just three short days ago!  In honor of the short-lived warm-up (although we’re supposed to hit 80 this weekend!) I decided that Friday night’s supper would be cookout-style with a twist – lentil-walnut burgers, red bliss potato salad with blue cheese and sparkling vanilla lemonade. Continue reading
